Jeff Gordon, director of marketing for the UniPro-member distributorship, told ID Access that Bryan Bernstein, corporate chef, and he offered the 2007 steak of the year "Saval Bistro Steak" to the governor's guests last week at the Baltimore Convention Center.

"We served 700 portions of the sandwich, and when we ran out of rolls, we finished with vegetables and steak pieces on a plate, serving probably another 300 portions. It was a grand time," Gordon recalled.
