Attracting locals with a special menu

Our fine-dining, farm-to-table menu attracts a lot of vacationers and weekenders. On Tuesday nights, I like to offer something special for the locals, so I created a three-course prix fixe dinner for $45. Diners can choose one of three appetizer, entree and dessert options. It's fostered a lot of good will and filled seats on an off night.
