Everything at San Rocco is genuinely Italian—the furniture is imported, the kitchen staff is all Italian, and of course, the food is steeped in tradition. Our signature dish is Spaghetti alla Carbonara with egg yolk and guanciale prepared tableside according to the chef's grandmother's recipe. But the setting is very contemporary, with sleek tables, chairs and art from Milan. And we launched a trendy happy hour from 5-8 p.m. that we call "Italian Apertivo." It features a "Dolce Vita" cocktail list created by our mixologist, with a generous spread of complimentary snacks for guests to enjoy with drinks. Mixing old and new attracts an eclectic group of customers.
