Black garlic has a subtle-sweet garlic flavor with notes of coffee, tamarind and chocolate. This fermented treasure works well in both savory and sweet preparations. Our newest creation is a pairing of black garlic ice cream atop tiramisu with a rich, dark beer. The ice cream is similar in flavor to an espresso-chocolate ice cream with a hint of balsamic.
