Blue Gold Rhode Island Mussels

I have traveled all over the world and these are the best mussels I have eaten anywhere. The mussels have a lovely sweet taste and completely fill the shell, making them perfect for my two favorite versions of mussels and fries: a house-made Indian curry paste that is mixed with heavy cream and chicken stock, and a classic version with white wine, shallots, garlic, lemon juice, parsley and butter. The mussels are also very clean, and only require the removal of small beards. I source these Blue Gold Rhode Island Mussels from American Mussel Harvesters.
