When creating your own identity in a franchise you need to look at your location and demographic. The concept of the restaurant will stay the same, but you need to adapt to your clientele in order to be successful. For example, recently we added a kids’ menu even though the Taverna Opa franchise does not offer one. With our location in Orlando and the many families that stream through our restaurant, a kids’ menu became necessary. We are always flexible with the requests and concerns of our guests while still staying true to our brand. The guests are what makes us successful and we want to make sure they leave pleased.
