Hitting the streets to test your brand

Launching my latest concept as a mobile restaurant—in the form of taco carts and a truck—is a much more affordable way to test it out. I can develop the menu, create brand awareness and build a customer base before I go to a brick-and-mortar location. The carts and truck also give investors and banks a chance to see Pinche Tacos in action, energizing them to capitalize the concept.
