Installing two wood-burning ovens

I have one wood-burning oven in the dining room where I make my pizzas. It gets fired up to 900°F. And I have another wood-burning oven in the kitchen that is set at 600°F for roasting fish, vegetables and meats. I even make my soups and sauces in that oven. The aromatic wood smoke flavors many of my menu items.
