I’ve been considering using an iPad as a wine list in my restaurants. This is something that’s been tried by other restaurants. There are all kinds of possibilities for interactivity. The wines are listed on the touch screen, so when a person touches a wine, something comes up showing them much more about it. You can see maps on the device that show where the wine is from. You can email the label to yourself. It’s a really neat concept.
