Looking at growth as a result, not an objective

A common misperception is thinking that growth comes as a desire of an entity or an individual, while it is simply a result of doing the right thing, at the right time, to the right person, in the right environment. By fulfilling your organization’s mission and vision, you create the utopia of growth, as by nurturing properly all the right things, the profound result is—positive growth. When one focuses on growing, he will often lose focus of what’s right. When one focuses on always doing the right thing, the need to focus on growth fades away, as it is now not an objective, but rather an easy-to-see result. This poses a shift in thinking which can revolutionize your employees, executive team and the organization as a whole. Your customers will notice and appreciate the change as well!
