Sunday dinners at my restaurant have always been popular because it's a relaxed night for local people—not a date night and not a business dinner night. And for vacationers, it's a grand finale night for those who go back home on Monday. The economic downturn forced me to make some kind of adjustment and I didn't want to cut staff. So I cut one night out of our schedule. Recently, I returned to normal and already our regular Sunday night guests have made reservations and visitors aren't leaving me disappointed voicemails anymore!
