A Japanese spice mix of chilies, orange peel and black sesame seeds, togarashi adds amazing flavor and zest to so many dishes. It's incredible with salads, fries, burgers and my mom's lasagna. It adds elements of spice reined in by the sweetness of the orange. Togarashi is such a perfect combination of flavors; it's my new true love.
