Bareburger avoids a preachy tone, however, describing its “Chief Bear,” CEO Euripides Pelekano, as enjoying “happy people, success stories and long walks on the beach.” Bareburger is expected to launch Burnside, a fried-chicken-and-biscuit concept in Queens this month.
