2016 Top 500: Seafood chains

Red Lobster, Lobster in Paradise

With flat sales and unit growth (0.4% and -0.9%, respectively), the small seafood segment overall is treading water. Growth rates at concepts like Ocean Prime (whose sales are up 28.6%) and Boiling Crab (up 17.2%) aren’t large enough to overcome decreases at some of the largest chains.
