It was sheer luck the Florida store had an employee on duty who knew sign language when 28-year-old Rebecca King pulled up to the ordering microphone. Instead of speaking audibly, King signed her order. The Starbucks employee taking orders had the sense to find the co-worker who has full hearing but has learned sign language out of curiosity.

The experience made King a regular customers. She took the video on a subsequent visit to spread the word.

"Starbucks! This is what I’m talking about!" King wrote on her Facebook page.
