Starbucks offers $200 gift for Mom

Starbucks is promoting a limited-edition gift card as a possible present for Mom this Mother’s Day. The card sells for $200 and comes loaded with $50 in credit for the purchase of Starbucks products.

The card, laser-etched with a floral design and given a satin ceramic finish, is shipped in a decorative gift box. Starbucks is limiting orders to one per customer, and the cards are only being sold online.

The chain says on its website that the number of Mother’s Day cards is limited, but does not reveal exactly how many have been produced.
