Charles E. Adair has served as a director of the company since August 1993. Adair is a partner in Cordova Ventures, a venture capital management company.
Timothy M. Graven has served as a director of the company since August 1993. Graven is the managing partner and co-founder of Triad Investment Company, LLC, a private investment firm.
