U.S. Foodservice Completes Sale of SOFCO



SOFCO is a specialty distributor of janitorial/sanitary, healthcare, industrial packaging and paper products in the Northeastern United States. The buyer is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bunzl plc, the United Kingdom-based international distribution and outsourcing company.
