USF Joseph Webb division wins $33.4 million DOD renewal contract

U.S. Foodservice (USF), Columbia, MD, a subsidiary of Royal Ahold, has won a renewal of a one-year, $33.4 million prime vendor contract for U.S. military operations in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas. The national broadliner's Joseph Webb Foods division, Vista, CA., handles the business.

The award, made by the U.S. Department of Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), covers a period from Dec. 18, 2001 to Jan. 12, 2003.
