Yontz Named President of SPS



{mosimage}Yontz, who assumes responsibility for the company's day-to-day operations, previously was the firm's executive vice president of sales and marketing. He has been with the company for more than 15 years, and takes over the position from Joe Bendix, who takes over the role of ceo from Larry Frank.

Frank, the principal owner and founder of SPS, will continue to serve as chairman of the board. Keitt Moore, who has been with SPS for 10 years heading up the company's Product Information Management product line, which includes the PROFILE database, has been promoted to vice president of sales. Moore will have primary responsibility of managing sales for all of the company's product lines.

Expressing his satisfaction with the promotions, Bendix also stated, "SPS has just completed the development of its new OASYS product line, which includes OASYS Pyramid, a foodservice specific enterprise system, and OASYS Caravan, a driver automation application. We believe these innovative software solutions will revolutionize the foodservice industry, just as our sales force automation system
