Many CEOs boast about having an open-door policy. Peter Cancro, chief of the Jersey Mike’s Subs chain, prefers not to have a door at all. Nor an office, for that matter. One of ways he ensures interaction and free-flowing communication with his senior staff is by floating from one guest chair in their offices to the next.
