When Blue Collar in Miami moved into its new space, the layout required four of the two-tops to be side-sitting only due to the booth layout and space restrictions. Since these tables are outside on the patio, owner Danny Serfer decided to designate them as “Bluetooth booths.”
“I’m not a fan of taking calls in restaurants and the original Blue Collar was so small that taking calls outside the front door was a no-go. So, we added these ‘Bluetooth booths’ for those who want to take that call they cannot miss, and don’t want to stand on the sidewalk.” The “booths” are surrounded with greenery planted in vintage ice chests and coolers.
