The 2022 Restaurant Business Restaurant Leader of the Year is leaving the company to focus on family medical matters. Arby's Brand President Jim Taylor is taking her place, while Rita Patel will head Arby's.

Don Fox, longtime Firehouse Subs CEO, is stepping down

In a Facebook post, the longtime chief executive of the sandwich chain said COO Mike Hancock will take over day-to-day operations. Fox will remain Firehouse’s chairman.

The roast beef sandwich chain said that the former Yum Brands executive would take over the top spot in April.
