Charley & Sons, located on the southern outskirts of Atlanta, has been in business for 35 years, catering to the Hispanic trade in the greater Atlanta market, according to the announcement. Its principal products are dry and refrigerated products for the Hispanic operators. It is known for refrigerated dairy products, said Golbon.
