First Watch, the full-service breakfast and lunch concept, is getting into the fast-casual business.
Sun & Fork, the company’s new fast-casual concept, opened in Nashville this week in a location previously operated as Bread & Company. It is a breakfast and lunch concept and joins nine First Watch locations in the market.
“After operating Bread & Company for five years, it became clear to us that there was a gap in the marketplace for quick, convenient and healthy options made with simple, fresh ingredients,” Chris Tomasso, CEO of First Watch, said in a statement.
Here’s a look at the concept.

First Watch has operated restaurants in Nashville since 2011 and acquired Bread & Company in 2014, when the company operated two concepts. First Watch has more than 350 restaurants in 31 states, including 290 under the First Watch name and 55 The Egg & I locations. And now, one Sun & Fork.
