As the new year kicks off, burger innovation is happening in every segment. Menus are also heating up with spicy global preps, and there’s activity around beverages, bowls, breakfast and ice cream. Here’s what’s happening on the food and drink front this week.
The new O-M-Cheese Burger at Applebee’s is a cheese lover’s dream come true. Along with the burger, the casual-dining chain is adding Fiesta Lime Chicken and Oriental Chicken Salad as limited-time entrees on its 2 for $25 menu.
