First Watch has debuted its limited-time holiday menu and gift card promotion.

Available through Dec. 31, the menu includes shareable dishes such as its Cinnamon Roll Waffle (Belgian waffle topped with cinnamon syrup, cream cheese frosting, toasted pecans and cinnamon powdered sugar) and Millionaire's Bacon (four slices of hardwood smoked bacon baked with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne and a maple syrup drizzle) as well as individual menu items such as its Cinnamon Chip Pancake Breakfast (two fresh cage-free eggs any style with a cinnamon chip pancake and a choice of bacon, all-natural chicken, pork or turkey sausage). Guests can also pair their dish with First Watch’s seasonal Chilled Pear Cider (red Anjou pear, Fuji apple, organic ginger, lemon and cinnamon).

In honor of the holiday season, First Watch will also be giving guests $20 in bonus bucks for every $100 in gift cards purchased now through Dec. 31. The bonus bucks will be valid beginning Jan. 1 to Feb. 28.
