Starting Monday, new Kentucky Fried Chicken Wraps will be available nationwide for a limited time.

Two varieties are on offer: The Classic Chicken Wrap featuring a warm flour tortilla filled with a hand-breaded extra-crispy tender, pickles and mayo and The Spicy Slaw Chicken Wrap, the same extra-crisp tender covered in KFC coleslaw, spicy sauce and pickles.

KFC Wraps were tested successfully in Atlanta last year. They are an updated version of KFC Twister Wraps, a previous menu item.

To celebrate the launch, KFC is offering a value deal of two wraps for $5.

“Wraps fans have been begging for fried chicken wraps to return, and we're answering the call with our new finger lickin' good KFC Wraps," Nick Chavez, CMO, KFC U.S. said in a statement. “Two KFC Wraps for $5 is a steal. Whether you crave a Classic Chicken Wrap or are looking to turn up the heat with Spicy Slaw, we've got you covered.”

A KFC Wraps combo is also available for $7.99, featuring a choice of two wraps (available in classic or spicy), a medium drink and Secret Recipe Fries.

Over the last two years, the Louisville, Ky.-based chicken chain tracked over 42,000 mentions on Twitter from fans craving wraps. KFC is offering select customers who have been tweeting to come back and try the new wraps by sending them a giant tortilla wrap blanket and a gift card.

KFC Wraps will be available at participating locations while supplies last.
