With the stated aim of serving "Italian quality at America's pace," the drive-thru coffee concept intends to caffeinate the Southeast through franchising. About 54 of the grab-and-go's have been open to date, and the franchisor says it has 170 more locations in the works. Right now those units are concentrated in Florida and Georgia, with franchisees being sought in Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Ellianos offers a line of lattes as well as fruit smoothies and energy drinks. Its food offerings include breakfast sandwiches, bagels, breakfast bowls and grits.
