The fast casual prioritizes quality ingredients, serving fresh, never-frozen chicken wings with an array of innovative sauces and rubs as well as fries, mac and cheese, cauliflower wings, and chicken tenders and sandwiches.It's a menu that appeals to Gen Z, and in August, Wing Snob opened its first nontraditional unit at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. The choice was a natural for the Detroit-born concept, which earned a reputation as a local favorite. Along with the menu's signatures, the campus location will offer a selection of sides, loaded fries, desserts and beverages to complement the wing experience.Wing Snob has expanded beyond its home state through franchising, with 60% year-over-year unit growth in 2023, moving the chain in the Future 50 for the first time.
