How the research works
The Future 50 is a ranking of up-and-coming restaurant chains. Rankings are based on 2024 systemwide sales, and chains must also have demonstrated consistent unit and sales growth. Data was compiled by Technomic, and when not provided, Technomic estimated sales based on public information, comparable concepts, market and other factors.
