As a drive-thru coffee concept, Ellianos faces some stiff competition from category leaders like Dutch Bros and 7 Brew. But this up-and-comer is no slacker, having grown sales 48% and locations by 38% from 2023-2024. While the menu focuses on coffees and teas, it stretches into other beverage categories, such as smoothies, fruit refreshers, energy drinks and coffee & ice cream freezers. The latter is a signature offering, a blend of espresso with ice cream similar to a milkshake. Grab-and-go breakfast food items are also available, including pastries, sandwiches and bowls. The concept was founded by husband-and-wife team Scott and Pam Stewart in 2002 with the mission to serve "Italian quality at American pace."
