Smoothie bowls and acai shine at this fast-growing concept, which debuted in 2016. Private-equity firm Sloan Capital invested in the fast casual in an unusual transaction in 2021, becoming a franchisee with plans to open 50 Texas locations. So far, Everbowl's website lists eight open stores in Texas, with one in Austin noted as "coming soon." The concept caters to health-focused consumers with toppings such as fruit, chia pudding, goji berries, granola and more.
