Hattie B's is on a mission to spread the flavors of Nashville Hot Chicken to parts of the country that may be less familiar with it. The chain has had a long-running location in Las Vegas and plans to open a restaurant in Chicago's Wrigleyville neighborhood in spring 2026. Its menu features fried chicken at several heat levels (from the Southern Style with "zero burn" to ghost-pepper fueled "Shut the Cluck Up!"), as well as chicken tenders, sandwiches and sides such as Pimento Mac & Cheese, Bacon Cheddar Grits and Southern Greens.
