Texas Roadhouse's fast-casual offshoot is getting ready to take flight. Already growing fast, Jaggers expects to open eight more locations in 2026 after hitting on a development strategy combining franchised- and company-owned stores. Jaggers offers burgers, chicken, salads and shakes and, like its parent brand, it makes all its food from scratch.
