Snarf's Sandwiches was started 30 years ago in a 650-square-foot shack in Boulder, Colorado. It broke even from day one. It's named for the chain's founder, Jimmy Seidel, who was known as "Snarf" in college. It features a wide range of unique sandwich offerings, including Hot Dog, Bacon and Cheese.
