Luke Christian founded this Tex-Mex concept in 2007, giving it a Southern hospitality twist with a focus on community partnerships. The menu of burritos, tacos, quesadillas and salads are made to order, and guests build their own. There's also a kids menu and a dessert S'Mores Quesadilla. The franchise brand recently launched a redesigned mobile app. The chain is growing in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and plans to reach the 100-unit mark with growth throughout the Southeast in the next few years.
