Ziggi's may be alphabetically last on the list of fastest-growing small coffee chains, but it's one of the leaders in menu innovation. The lineup includes signature coffees, energy infusions, smoothies, teas, Blenders (similar to Frappuccinos) and the recent addition of dirty sodas. It's an extensive selection that taps into Americans' growing thirst for trend-forward, Instagrammable cold beverages. Ziggi's has reached 100 units in states far-flung from its Colorado base, including Indiana, Texas, Arizona and Oklahoma. The food menu at Ziggi's is more varied than most of its competitors.
