Clark National, Inc., Elk Grove Village, IL, a $340 million broadliner and nonfoods distributor, has acquired certain assets of E-Janitorial Supply, Inc., Cincinnati. This small company services building maintenance contractors and other janitorial accounts in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus, Ohio, markets.

No. 14 in the ID Top 50, Clark is a member of the UniPro and Network distributor groups.
