ID NEWS: Perkins announces acquisitions

TAUNTON, MA - Perkins Paper, Inc., has announced an agreement to acquire specific assets of BakeMark's Auburn, MA, location, effective January 3, 2004. Perkins also announced a December 1 purchase of the assets of Mt. Ellis Paper Co., Inc., Windsor, NY.

Servicing the entire New England region, Perkins is a privately-owned distributor of foodservice paper, janitorial and sanitation products, restaurant equipment and supplies and specific food products.
