Church’s Texas Chicken has named Natalia Franco executive vice president, global chief marketing officer.
In her new role, Franco will be responsible for leading marketing efforts, brand execution and digital presence across the organization. In addition, she will provide a strategic vision for the brand and work to drive brand awareness and positioning.
Franco brings 30 years of executive experience to the brand, including her time as chief marketing officer at McAlister’s Deli. She also held the EVP, chief brand and strategy officer role at California Pizza Kitchen and marketing senior vice president for non-restaurant brands at Focus Brands. Throughout her career, which also included stints at Burger King and IHOP, Franco has gained experience in business development, portfolio management, profit optimization and customer relationship management.

"Her vision for brand positioning and her leadership in building great teams is very strong. Natalia’s expertise will be key as we continue to strengthen and grow this beloved brand.
This is the second leadership announcement from Church's in about one week. The brand named Danton Nolan its EVP, chief financial officer on Feb. 27.
