Domino’s executive changes continued on Friday as the Ann Arbor, Mich.-based pizza chain promoted Joe Jordan to the role of president, U.S. and global services, while marketing chief Art D’Elia was named to head international.
The moves will be effective May 1. That’s when Russell Weiner will take over as Domino’s CEO for the retiring Ritch Allison.
Weiner said in a statement that the two executives are “extremely talented” and are “well-known and respected by our team members and franchisees around the world.”
Jordan has been Domino’s EVP of international since 2018 and before that was the chain’s chief marketing officer. As president of U.S. and global services, he will be responsible for the pizza delivery chain’s U.S. business and key global centers of excellence.
He effectively steps into a role vacated by Weiner when he takes over as CEO. Weiner is the chief operating officer and president of Domino’s U.S.
D’Elia, who has been CMO since July 2020, will take Jordan’s old job as EVP of international, where he will be responsible for the Domino’s business in more than 90 countries.
