Pei Wei has appointed Jim Lebs as its new chief financial officer.
Lebs brings 20 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, he was the chief financial officer of Cicis Pizza and has also been the vice president of supply chain at Sonic Drive-in and division vice president of financial planning and analysis at Jack in the Box.

Hedrick, CEO of Pei Wei, in a statement. “Jim brings extensive financial leadership expertise to our team and he will play a pivotal role in Pei Wei’s continued growth.”
Pei Wei, the fast-casual sister of P.F. Chang's, was this year named one of Technomic's Top 500 restaurant chains, with an estimated $365.6 million in U.S. sales.
