Fast-growing eatertainment concept Punch Bowl Social is adding to its C-suite with executives from Snooze, an A.M. Eatery as well as Smashburger, the company announced Friday.

Peter Gaudreau, chief operating officer of Snooze while the brand grew from eight to 34 units, becomes Punch Bowl Social’s COO. Rob LeBoeuf, the company’s previous COO, will now serve as president of organization development and strategic projects for the Denver-based chain.

Stacy Galligan, most recently chief financial officer for exercise chain Pure Barre and corporate controller for Smashburger, is the new chief financial officer for Punch Bowl Social. Previous CFO Robert Cornog remains a shareholder.

“We are at a pivotal moment in Punch Bowl Social’s history,” CEO Robert Thompson said in a statement. “We’ve built an executive team that has a proven record of success, an unwavering commitment to the Punch Bowl Social brand, and a clear vision for the future of the company.”

Late last year, Punch Bowl Social added its fist C-level culinary and beverage post. Sheamus Feeley, previously of Hillstone Restaurant Group, is heading culinary innovation and operations.

Punch Bowl Social, known for its large-footprint units stocked with interactive games, first opened in 2012 and has grown to 15 locations with plans to open eight more restaurants by year’s end.
