Shipley Do-Nuts on Wednesday continued building its senior leadership team as it named Donna Josephson chief marketing officer and Kerry Leo vice president of technology.

Josephson had previously held CMO titles at Corner Bakery, Fazoli’s and McAlister’s Deli and has experience at a number of restaurant chains.

Leo has worked in technology and operations for more than a decade, most recently at Church’s, where he was senior director of information technology. Leo also worked with both Focus Brands and Chick-fil-A.

The additions come just two months after the Houston-based doughnut chain named Clifton Rutledge CEO. He said the addition of Josephson and Leo helped the company build “an exceptionally well-rounded senior executive team that brings decades of valuable restaurant experience.”

The 300-unit chain has been making changes since January, when it was sold to the private equity firm Peak Rock Capital.
