Toni Bianco, who most recently served as president and chief operating officer of Fatburger, now holds the top operations post for Cicis.

Bianco has also held executive posts for Long John Silver’s and Papa John’s.

At Cicis, he will be in charge of day-to-day operations and training at the 430-unit pizza buffet chain.

“Toni brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Cicis and will provide the leadership and vision necessary to meet our operational goals,” Cicis CEO Bill Mitchell said in a statement. “He will be an integral part of Cicis’ future as we continue to transform our business through innovative systems and efficiencies that drive sustainable growth.”

Bianco succeeds Jini Foust, who left Cicis in April.
