Eggslut is a fast-casual breakfast-all-day concept known for its egg sandwiches. The Los Angeles-based brand initially launched as a food truck in 2011 before settling into a space in LA’s Grand Central Market food hall.

Thanks to Eggslut’s strong fan base, the brand is expanding with two locations in development for next year: its first brick-and-mortar site, slated to open in LA’s Venice Beach neighborhood, and its first out-of-state restaurant, set to launch in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas resort and casino. While the flagship location operates through 4 p.m. daily, the Las Vegas site is expected to offer late-night or possibly 24-hour service.
