McDonald’s pulls prize from Happy Meals

McDonald’s is discontinuing its inclusion of a wristwatch-type pedometer in its Happy Meals after some customers said the device irritated their skin.

The Step-It fitness tracker was just added as a limited-time premium in the kids’ bundled meal. 

The chain did not reveal what prize would replace the pedometer.
