Aiming to capture business during off-peak hours, P.F. Chang’s is launching a new happy hour menu highlighting several items for $6 or under.

Offerings featured in the 3-6 p.m. deal include $5 dim sum selections and $6 small plates, as well as craft beer and wine.

P.F. Chang’s said it's also launching a new line of summer cocktails—including a Moscow mule—centered around juices squeezed in-house.

Happy hours have seen somewhat of a resurgence as traffic drivers for casual dining, with chains like Buffalo Wild Wings, Kona Grill and Ruth’s Chris recently announcing they're leaning into deals in the late-afternoon daypart.
