Mint and chocolate has always been a favorite flavor combination. This soothing hot cocoa is great before or after dinner.
1 oz. chocolate sauce
1⁄2 oz. peppermint syrup
8 oz. scalded milk
Whipped cream and shaved chocolate, for garnish
- Combine chocolate sauce and peppermint syrup in 10-oz. cup or mug. Stir in hot milk until well blended.
- Top cocoa with a dollop of whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
